I had asked my son to clean up his room then thought I should take a picture of it to show him later how much cleaner it would be after he picked up. He saw me come over with my camera and gave me his best "fearsome" look. After downloading the picture I thought it was a cool pose. So I started playing around with the Hue/Saturation controls in PhotoShop then I thought he needed a bigger transformation. So I added some muscles using the Liqufy command as well. I like the way it came out, although I could have spent more time on the dialog bubble...
