Bummer!

The good news is that I called the Tech Support at HandSpring. I remember reading how some poor sap had dropped their Visor and called for a replacement screen. HandSpring Tech support said, "The first one's (replacement) is free, here is your RMA number. We will be shipping you a new one. Send the other one back in the packaging we'll send you. Thank you for calling HandSpring."

Whew! I felt so stupid for dropping it that I've been telling people at work, Joaquin dropped it!

Ah the continuing saga...

P.S. They (USAA NASS) finally loaded the Palm software on my computer today *whimper*

 Just thought I'd share...
