PRACTICAL 1-14-19
So this has been my most ambitious 3D print yet. I wanted a protective case for my GoPro Hero (small cube action camera) that would protect the lens more since I was going to mount this on some of my RC cars. I’ve been careless before and I scratched the lens of my other GoPro Hero 3+. Hoping to avoid any future damage I downloaded this model and printed it. Had an issue again with the first layer – it peeled up on one corner and so I reset and tried again. 7hrs later (yes you read that right) I got this nice case. You can see in the images below how it printed the layers. Click on the images for a larger view.
