Even my little daughter gets into the filming process.
As many of you know, I’m filming the Blessed Sacrament Catholic School Sports again this year for the Sports Banquet they have each year.
Last year I introduced “slow motion” and so this year, I’m trying to one up my video presentation. I’m using my GoPro to film from the “kids’ perspective” and I recently had the opportunity to test out a small stabilizer I purchased made for a small camera, namely, my GoPro.
We had a tournament about two weeks ago at St. Lukes and I took that event to test our the stabilizer. Only my little girl Emmy, was going to use it.
As part of their warm up routine, the coach makes them run a lap and then they do “their thing.”
You’ll have to watch the video below to see “their thing.”
Before their lap, I handed the Lensee stabilizer to Emmy and she ran with it, literally.
I gave her some direction, “Stay in the back, act like your running with a glass of water” but for doing it for the first time, she did great.
See the video below.
I did slow it down a bit to minimize the bouncing effect but all in all – I like it.
Thanks for letting me share,
Beto
