Finally getting around to posting how I created my Emma’s Wonder Woman Cosplay accessories. She wanted to be Wonder Woman – so over a weekend – I obliged her.
You can see the process below. I used Craft foam, templates i fond on the internet and one a weekend – I built them for Emma. You can click on the images below for larger view.

Got my pattern (smaller this time).
Cut the Tiara pieces from Craft foam.
Stacked the layers and using superglue, glued them on.
I used a heat gun to warm up and shape the craft foam.
Next - Gauntlets. Another pattern.
Used the heat gun again to shape them.
You really can't just paint the craft foam so a primer coat of Plasti Dip was in order.
Nice and primed. Ready for painting.
I brushed the gauntlets silver and added bronze highlights.
Painted the Tiara bronze too.
Another pattern for the arm band.
Cut them out, stacked and glued them.
Back to the heat gun to shape it.
Used a sponge (like with Tiara) to dab on the gold paint.
Went over the Bronze with gold since it popped better.
Ordered a t-shirt and an LED rope to complete the accessories.
